The film is applied wet. It fully hardens about 24 hours after application — that’s what the Hammer packaging says.

According to the manufacturer, the film strengthens the screen by up to 500% and has an IK07 impact rating, and its Self-Heal coating fixes minor scratches within 24 hours.

4. Privacy — €25

From the side, the screen is hard to read: according to the manufacturer, the film narrows the viewing angle to 30 degrees. The surface is matte, so it’s more comfortable to use in the sun and fingerprints are less visible. According to the manufacturer, it strengthens the screen by up to 250%.

5. Hardy — €30

According to the manufacturer, it’s the toughest film 3mk has made: it strengthens the screen by over 600%. It has three layers: antimicrobial, oleophobic and self-healing.

Tips

For the first 24 hours, don’t touch the edges of the film until it has fully hardened.
