Samura has been making its knives at production sites in four countries since 2010. We are currently producing 18 knife lines and a huge number of kitchen accessories. We use the best modern materials for the handle: Micarta, G10, stabilised wood, plastic with a soft-touch coating, Kraton, and composites.

Description

Single-layer water whetstone is intended for sharpening knives at catering and trade enterprises, in private houses and apartments. The product is used for peeling work to restore the geometry of the blade and cutting edge, removing serious defects from the blade.

The delivery includes a rubber platform that provides immobility of the stone during operation.

• Allows you to remove a large amount of metal from the blade, to chip off the resulting chips and nicks, if necessary, change the thickness of the blade (if the knife is very worn)
• Before use, it is placed in water for several minutes, due to which a suspension is released during sharpening, which plays the role of a lubricant
• The suspension formed during the process functions as a lubricant and a cooler, preventing the blade from being excessively heated by friction
• Suitable for editing blades of any size
